Our quality policy in BIOMETRIX is:

- To offer the medical devices to the market with competitive prices without compromising product quality, and to keep the customer satisfaction at its utmost level,
- To fulfill regulatory and normative requirements (like Medical Device Directive and ISO EN 13485 Standard),
- To guarantee that our products are in compliance with harmonized/international standards and are built to the current state of the art,
- To improve product quality by enabling the implementation of quality system effectively in every phase of production,
- To ensure that each employee in the organization shares the same mission, vision, and strategy by providing required training to increase quality, awareness, and thereby share the same corporate culture,
- To maintain the effectiveness of quality management systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements,
- To provide the resources for improvement of activities by reviewing the effectiveness of the available quality system and the quality targets – which are created in line with the quality policy, on a continuous basis.
Environmental, Health and Safety Policy

- Implementing environmental, health and safety practices related to employees and work environments,

- Conserving the natural resources and improving the methods of recycling while minimizing the waste,

- Operating all our company facilities in compliance with relevant environmental legislations are the basic elements of our Employee Safety and Environmental Management Policy. And the continuous improvement of work processes is a primary policy of our company.
